Homeless

Today's the day Mr Chang has been waiting for. The day we completed the sale of our matrimonial flat bought back in May 2009. 

It was a love at first sight with the house for me.. the brightness, wind, and space. The house we got married in, learned to live with each other in harmony, had our own cats, watched late night shows (running man), couple cookouts (killed crabs for the first time), lost our first baby, had our first kid, and so much more! 

Goodbye my beloved house, I hope your new owner will love you like I did. 

旧的不去，新的不来。Let's look forward to our next home to creating more precious moments!

Aircon remote

This is the second time buying this universal aircon remote. All the aircon remotes in our apartment malfunctioned when we bought it. Went to a few shops and were quoted around $40 for an original remote - might as well get this universal remote at $9.90! We got it from neighbourhood hardware shop.

It's really easy to set. Just look at the codes assigned to the brand of your aircon at the back of the package, set the codes as instructed and turn on your aircon! The best part is if you were to change aircon, you just need to re-set the code. One remote to rule them all! :D

On call

We got our house a new phone! $99 (comes with $20 NTUC voucher) from Best Denki.

Mum will be staying with us during my confinement and she surely will have problems adjustin to our existing phone.

This phone comes with intercomm feature. We placed the base unit in the living room while the other in master bedroom.

I can get TK without shouting in the house! Haha

Thank you hubby for overseeing the reno today because the preggy wifey can't be there.

From red to green

Latest change in Changs family - switched from red to green subscriber for our home internet. We are no longer in the red zone! :D Quite a feat considering he used to be an all red man. hehe. 

The first thing I did after connecting was to test the speed using speedtest. 

Looks not bad. 13/16mbps and faster than 64% of SG. :) 

The Start

We finally got started planning for our wedding! 

Doubt it would be this fast if HDB didn't 'chase' us.
